Synopsis
The ridge of high pressure is intensifying over the Adriatic.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
NE and NW winds 6-16, in the far south of the Adriatic up to 22 knots, gradually easing through the day. Sea 2-3, locally in the open of the South Adriatic up to 4, but gradually calming to 1-2, in the far south of the Adriatic to 3. Visibility 10-20, along the west coast of the North Adriatic in the morning possibly less than 1 km due to fog. In the North Adriatic in the morning and elsewhere from midday cloud increase with a chance of light rain only in places.

Light NW and NE winds turning to light, in places to moderate SE and SW winds. Sea smooth. Variably cloudy with a chance of light rain only in places. A chance of fog patches along the west coast of the North Adriatic during the night and tomorrow morning.
