The field of high is becoming weaker across the Adriatic and a trough with a frontal disturbance is approaching from the northwest.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
SE wind gradually increasing to 4-12, in the Central Adriatic up to 16 and in the North Adriatic up to 20 knots. Sea gradually intensifying to 2-3, at night locally in northern part 4. Visibility 10-20 km, only in some places in the North Adriatic reduced to less than 1 km due to fog. Variably cloudy in the North Adriatic whereas mostly in a broader area of Rijeka with a chance of rain or rain showers with thunder. In the rest of the Adriatic mostly clear with gradual cloud increase towards late in the day.
