The ridge of high pressure is extending toward the Adriatic from the north, while the low lies over the Tyrhhenian Sea.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE winds 12-24, in the North Adriatic up to 32, and in the Velebit Channel up to 38 knots. In the rest of the Adriatic NE and E, mainly toward the open sea SE winds as well, strengthening to 12-24 knots. Sea 2-3, toward the open 3-4, and in the North Adriatic 4-5. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain and with a chance of isolated rain showers with thunder, mainly in the South and Central Adriatic.
