The ridge of high pressure is intensifying over the Adriatic from the southwest.

SE, in the North Adriatic SW winds, 6-16, strengthening gradually to 10-20, in the Central Adriatic toward the end of the day and during the night up to 24 knots. Along the coast of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic at first still NE and E winds 4-14 knots. Sea 2-3, in the Central and North Adriatic south of Istria toward the end of the day possibly 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. In the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of rain in places toward midday, mainly in the wider area of Rijeka. In the rest of the Adriatic mostly clear with some clouds at times.

Moderate to fresh SE, in the North Adriatic SW winds as well, and in the Central Adriatic SE winds up to strong in places. Sea slight, in the Central and North Adriatic, south of Istria, possibly up to moderate. In the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of scattered rain, mainly in the wider area of Rijeka. In the Central and South Adriatic mostly clear with moderate cloud increase from the middle of the night.
