Synopsis
The low over the northern part of the Tyrrhenian Sea is gradually filling up and it is shifting across the Adriatic further northeastwards.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
SE winds 22-44 knots, easing gradually in the North Adriatic toward the end of the day and in the Central during the night, turning later on to SW and W winds 10-20 knots. Sea 4-5, locally up to 6, mainly in the open sea, calming gradually in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic during the night to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with rain, showers and thunder, in places even more abundant precipitation is likely, firstly in the North and Central, toward the end of the day and during the night in the South Adriatic.

During the day clouds with some breaks, but still with a risk of a little rain or shower with thunder. In the North and in the greater part of the Central Adriatic moderate, in places up to fresh SW and W winds. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic strong and gale force SE winds, easing gradually and turning to moderate to fresh SW winds. Sea in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate, calming gradually to slight, but in the rest of the Adriatic rough, at first even very rough, calming in the morning to slight and moderate.
