The ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the south, while the trough with frontal system is slowly shifting north of the Adriatic eastwards.

SE winds 6-16, strengthening to 10-20, in the Central and in a part of the North Adriatic, south of Istria, up to 24 knots toward the end of the day and during the night. Sea 2-3, in the Central and in a part of the North Adriatic, south of Istria, possibly 3-4, toward the end of the day and during the night. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear, but in places of the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the extreme north.

Moderate to fresh, in the Central and in a part of the North Adriatic, south of Istria, up to strong SE winds. West and north of Istria from the middle of the night SE winds will ease a little and turn to light to moderate SW, then to NW. Sea smooth or slight, in the Central and in a part of the North Adriatic, south of Istria, up to moderate.
