The low over northwestern Africa is deepening and slowly shifting toward the western Mediterranean.

Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours

SE winds strengthening to 15-30 knots. Sea increasing to 3-4, toward the open from midday up to 5. Visibility 5-15, in places possibly around 2 km due to mist. Gradual cloud increase, bringing rain locally in the open sea late in the day.

Weather forecast for the next 12 hours

Mainly cloudy with rain, firstly in the open sea. Strong and near gale force SE winds, tomorrow possibly up to gale force. Sea moderate and rough, toward the open tomorrow possibly up to very rough.
