THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FIRSTLY IN THE NORTH, THEN GRADUALLY IN THE REST OF THE ADRIATIC, MOST LATELY IN THE EXTREME SOUTH. IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING LOCAL GUSTS OF NW and NE, IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC OF SE WINDS, 35-45 KNOTS.

SYNOPSIS

The shallow low will be shifting across the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Adriatic further southeastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds strengthening firstly in the North Adriatic to 8-18 knots and sea to 2-3. Visibility 20 km. Cloud increase is expected firstly in the northern part of the Adriatic, bringing rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, spreading to the Central Adriatic in the evening.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

SE winds turning to moderate to strong NW and NE, only in the South Adriatic, during the night in a part of the Central as well, still SE winds, strengthening. Sea slight, locally up to moderate. Overcast with rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. Clearing is expected in the North Adriatic in the morning.
