SYNOPSIS

The field of high pressure over the Adriatic is weakening gradually, while a trough with frontal system is approaching from the west.

SE winds 18-32 knots. Sea 3-4, locally up to 5. Visibility 5-15 km. Variably cloudy and warm, in the northern part of the Adriatic with a risk of a little rain, during the night of isolated rain showers and thunder as well.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Strong and gale force SE winds, easing gradually and turning in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic to moderate to fresh SW. Sea moderate and rough, calming gradually in the northern part of the Adriatic. Mainly cloudy, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic with scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder. Mist here and there.
