WARNING

A RISK OF FOG PATCHES THIS MORNING, MAINLY IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC. TOWARD THE END OF THE DAY AND DURING THE NIGHT LOCAL GUSTS OF SE and SW WINDS STRENGTHENING TO 35-40 KNOTS. A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE NORTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.

SYNOPSIS

The trough with weakened cold front is approaching from the west and it will be shifting slowly across the Adriatic from the middle of the night.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE and SW winds strengthening to 6-16, in the afternoon to 14-22 knots. Sea increasing to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places with mist around 5 km, and in the morning possibly less than 1 km due to fog. Mostly clear, but cloud increase is expected toward the end of the day.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Moderate to strong SE winds easing gradually in the second part of the night. Sea slight, locally up to moderate. Variably cloudy with a risk of a little rain or isolated rain showers with thunder in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic.
