IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL TOMORROW MORNING, LOCAL GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-40, IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL UP TO 50 KNOTS. A RISK OF THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY IN THE SOUTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC.

The field of mean or a little lowered air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a new low is generating over the western Mediterranean.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE and NW, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic mainly SE and SW winds, 4-12 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and a risk of thunder, mainly in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate to fresh NE winds, in the Velebit Channel up to strong. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate to fresh SE and SW, in places along the coast E winds. Sea slight, in the open of the North Adriatic up to moderate. Variably and mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and a risk of thunder in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic.
