The field of raised air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a new trough with frontal disturbance is gradully approaching.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm or variable winds 4-12 knots. Late in the day and through the night SE and SW, along the coast of the South Adriatic E winds, gradually strengthening to 4-14 knots. Sea 1-2, increasing through the night to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places possibly reduced to around 4 km due to mist. Variably cloudy with a little rain in places, mainly through the night.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Light to moderate, only in places up to fresh SE and SW winds, easing a little in the morning and turning in the North Adriatic to light to moderate NW. Sea smooth or slight. Variably cloudy with rain in places, in the morning with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder. Mist is likely here and there.
