The low is shifting from the western Mediterranean toward the Tyrrhenian Sea.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

E and SE, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE winds, 15-25, turning in the rest of the Central Adriatic toward the end of the day, and in the greater part of the South Adriatic during the night, to NE and NW. In the Velebit Channel NE winds 15-35 knots. Sea 3-4, in the open up to 5. Visibility 10-20 km. Overcast and cold with scattered rain, with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, particularly in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic, along the coast of the North Adriatic with a risk of snow. Clearing is expected in the North Adriatic during the night.

Moderate to strong, in the Velebit Channel up to gale force NE winds, and in the extreme south of the Adriatic still moderate to strong SE winds. Sea slight and moderat, in the open sea up to rough. Overcast with rain and showers, but in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic clearing.
