WARNING

A risk of isolated thunderstorms, particularly in the southern part of the Adriatic tomorrow. Local gusts of SE and E, in the North, during the night and tomorrow in a part of the Central Adriatic of NE winds 35-50, in the Velebit Channel up to 60 knots.

SYNOPSIS

The field of high pressure over the Adriatic is weakening, while a shallow field of low pressure is shifting across the South Adriatic further eastwards. A new deep trough is expected to generate over the western Mediterranean during the night.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE and E, in the North, during the night in a part of the Central Adriatic, NE winds strengthening to 15-30, in the Velebit Channel up to 35 knots. Sea 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Overcast with rain and with a little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the open sea, and of snow along the coast of the North Adriatic.
