The ridge of high pressure is intensifying over the Adriatic from the west.

NE, toward the open sea N winds as well, 12-22, in places up to 26 knots. West and north of Istria N and NW winds 10-20 knots. Sea 2-3, locally 3-4, mainly in the open, south of Istria. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the open of the South and Central Adriatic.
