The ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW, in places along the coast NE winds, 4-14 knots. Sea 1-2, only locally up to 3. Visibility 10-20 km, in places possibly even less than 1 km due to fog, particularly during the night in the northern part of the Adriatic. Fair of mainly cloudy with scattered rain and with a little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the open sea of the southern part of the Adriatic.

Fine or fair, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic fair or mainly cloudy. At first still a little risk of light scattered rain or drizzle. A risk of fog, particularly during the night in the northern part of the Adriatic. Light, only in places up to moderate NW, in places along the coast NE winds, dying away later on. Sea calm or smooth, locally up to slight at first.
