The ridge of high pressure from eastern Europe lies over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm or variable winds, in the afternoon NW, 4-12 knots. Sea 1-2. Visibility 5-15 km due to mist, in places possibly even less than 1 km due to fog, mainly this morning. Fine or fair, in the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of a little rain, mainly in the wider area of Rijeka.
