SYNOPSIS

The trough of the deep west European low over the western and central Mediterranean is gradually filling up, while a broad high from eastern Europe is extending a trough toward the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 6-12, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic in the afternoon up to 16 knots. Sea 1-2, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to 3. Visibility 15-25, in the North Adriatic locally reduced to around 4 km due to mist. Mostly clear, but in the morning still variably cloudy in places with scattered rain or drizzle, mainly in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic. No change in air temperatures.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Mostly clear. Light, toward the open of the South Adriatic at first up to moderate, NW winds and sea slight, elsewhere smooth.
