The field of very high pressure lies over the Adriatic, but it is expected to weaken gradually tomorrow.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds 15-25, in places up to 35, easing gradually to 12-24 knots, firstly in the North and in a part of the Central, then gradually in the South Adriatic as well, except in the extreme south, and turning briefly in the open sea to NW 10-18 knots. Sea in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic 2-3, elsewhere 3-4, in the open of the South Adriatic, toward the Strait of Otranto up to 5. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear.

Mostly clear, but in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic passing variable cloudiness. In the North and Central Adriatic along the coast moderate NE, toward the open sea NW, elsewhere moderate to strong, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to near gale force NE winds. Sea smooth or slight, toward the open of the South Adriatic up to moderate.
