SYNOPSIS

The field of approximatelly mean air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while moist and unstable air is still circulating in high levels.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Mainly NW, in places along the coast SW, and during the night NE winds, 5-15 knots. In the North Adriatic NE and NW winds 5-15, in places NE up to 18, and in the Velebit Channel up to 22 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear and hot, but along the coast in the afternoon variably cloudy with a risk of isolated rain showers and thunder.
