SYNOPSIS

The trough with weakened cold front is slowly shifting north of the Adriatic eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds 10-20, late in the day and during the night north of Istria possibly NE, and in the open of the North and Central Adriatic NW winds 10-20 knots. Winds will ease tomorrow toward midday to 4-10, only in places to 14 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. In the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. Elsewhere mostly clear with a very little risk of light isolated thunderstorms, mainly toward the north of the Adriatic.
