A LITTLE RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE NORTH, AROUND MIDDAY ALONG THE COAST OF THE REST OF THE ADRIATIC AS WELL. IN THE OPEN SEA OF THE SOUTH AND CENTRAL ADRIATIC AT FIRST STILL A LITTLE RISK OF FOG.

SYNOPSIS

The field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a shallow trough with weakened front is shifting north of the Adriatic eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm or NW winds 4-8, in the South and Central Adriatic in the afternoon up to 16 knots. Sea 1-2, in the South and Central Adriatic in the afternoon up to 3. Visibility 10-20, in the open of the South and Central Adriatic at first possibly less than 1 km due to fog. In the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a little risk of rain, showers and thunder. Elsewhere mostly clear, but along the coast around midday and in the afternoon becoming cloudy with a little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder.
