The field of approximately mean air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a weakened cold front is north of the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

In the North Adriatic calm or variable winds 4-10, in the rest of the Adriatic SE 4-14, in places up to 18, easing gradually in the second part of the day and turning to NW 4-10 knots. Sea 2-3, in the North, late in the day and during the night elsewhere as well 1-2. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 4 km due to mist. Mostly clear. Along the coast of the North Adriatic in the afternoon variably cloudy with a little risk of scattered rain or isolated rain showers and thunder.
