FOG PATCHES HERE AND THERE, REDUCING VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN 200 M, MAINLY IN THE OPEN SEA OF THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH ADRIATIC. A LITTLE RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE COAST OF THE SOUTH AND CENTRAL ADRIATIC AROUND MIDDAY AND IN THE AFTERNOON.

SYNOPSIS

The ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the northeast.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm or SE winds 4-10, strengthening toward the open during the day up to 15 knots. Sea 1-2, locally toward the open in the afternoon up to 3. Visibility 10-20, but in places less than 200 meters due to fog, mainly in the open of the South and Central Adriatic. Mostly clear with some variable cloudiness and with a little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder along the coast of the South and Central Adriatic around midday and in the afternoon.
