LATE IN THE AFTERNOON AND IN THE EVENING TOWARD THE OPEN SEA OF THE SOUTH ADRIATIC LOCAL GUSTS OF SE and SW WINDS 35-45 KNOTS. SEA LOCALLY IN THE OPEN UP TO 5 IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

The low is shifting across the Adriatic eastwards, while a new one, with cold front, is approaching from the west.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE winds 8-16, in the Velebit Channel up to 25 knots. Elsewhere SW and NW winds 8-16 knots, turning in the afternoon to SE. Sea 2-3, in the Velebit Channel 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, in places along the coast of the North Adriatic with snow.

Variably or mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, in places along the coast with sleet and snow. Strong and near gale force, in the Velebit Channel up to gale force NE winds. Toward the open of the South Adriatic strong SE and SW winds, easing in the second part of the day. Sea slight and moderate, in the second part of the night toward the open up to rough. Air temperatures significantly lower.
