A broad Atlantic low is extending a trough with frontal system toward the central Mediterranean and the Adriatic.

Mainly SW winds 8-18, in places up to 22, in the South Adriatic SE turning to SW 14-28, easing gradually toward the end of the day to 12-24 knots. Sea 3-4, in the South Adriatic 4-5, calming in the afternoon. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder.
