SYNOPSIS

A field of raised air pressure over the Adriatic will weaken briefly, but it is expected to intensify again tomorrow.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE and E, in the North Adriatic today still SW winds, 6-16, in the open of the North and Central Adriatic up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 5-15, in places in the evening possibly less than 1 km due to fog, particularly in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic. Fair, only in places of the North Adriatic cloudy with a little rain in the wider area of Rijeka.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Light to moderate SE and E winds, in the open of the North and Central Adriatic during the night still up to fresh, easing during the forenoon. Sea smooth or slight. A risk of mist and fog here and there. Variably cloudy with a risk of a little rain mainly in the North Adriatic and in the open sea.
