IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING LOCAL GUSTS OF SE and SW WINDS 35-45 KNOTS. A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, PARTICULARLY IN THE SOUTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC. IN THE EXTREME NORTH OF THE ADRIATIC DURING THE NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING A RISK OF FOG, REDUCING VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN 1 KM.

SYNOPSIS

A field of high pressure over the Adriatic is gradually weakening, while a deep trough is expected to approach from the northwest.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE and NW winds 6-12 knots, easing later on. Sea 1-2. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with light scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic, and in the open sea.

Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. In the extreme north of the Adriatic a risk of fog. Moderate to strong SE and SW winds. Sea smooth or slight, south of Porer up to moderate. No significant change in air temperatures.
