SYNOPSIS

A field of approximately mean air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a low is deepening over the western Mediterranean.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds 12-22, strengthening in places up to 26 knots. West and north of Istria mainly SE winds 4-14 knots. Sea increasing to 3-4, in the extreme north of the Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 5-15, in places during the night and in the morning possibly less than 1 km due to fog, mainly in the open sea. Variably cloudy with a little rain in places and with a little risk of isolated rain showers with thunder.

Moderate to strong SE winds. West and north of Istria SE winds strengthening in places up to fresh. Sea slight and moderate. A risk of mist, in the open sea of fog patches. Variably cloudy with a little rain in places and with a little risk of isolated rain showers with thunder.
