A low centred over the Gulf of Genoa is shifting with its frontal system toward the Adriatic.

Mainly SE and E winds 15-25, in places up to 32 knots. West of Istria SW and NW winds 6-16, giving way in the extreme north, during the day in the rest of the North Adriatic, and in the evening in a part of the Central Adriatic, to NE 14-28, in the Velebit Channel up to 34 knots. Sea 3-4, locally in the open up to 5. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably and mainly cloudy with rain, showers and thunder in places.
