A field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a trough with frontal system is shifting north of the Adriatic eastwards.

Calm or variable winds, mainly SE, 4-10 knots. In the open sea late in the day and during the night SE winds possibly 6-16 knots. Sea 1-2, in the open late in the day and during the night possibly up to 3. Visibility 10-20 km. In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of light scattered rain, in the northern part with a little risk of isolated rain showers with thunder. Elsewhere fine or fair.
