A trough with frontal system is approaching from the northwest and a field of raised air pressure will weaken a little.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm or variable winds 4-12, in places of the North Adriatic before the morning up to 16 knots. In the North Adriatic at first still NE winds 6-16, in the Velebit Channel up to 22 knots. Sea 1-2, in the North Adriatic this morning 2-3. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear with some cloud in places, more in the open sea in the morning.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Calm or light, in places of the North Adriatic in the second part of the night up to moderate SE and SW winds. Sea calm or smooth, increasing in the North Adriatic before the morning up to slight. Cloud increase is expected in the second part of the night, bringing rain in the North Adriatic later on.
