A deep low over central Europe is extending a trough toward the central Mediterranean.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE and SW winds 8-16, west of Istria and in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic 15-25 knots, easing till the end of the day. Sea 2-3, west of Istria and in the open of the South Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 15-25 km. Mostly clear. In the North Adriatic variably cloudy with scattered rain and isolated rain showers, but partial clearing is expected in the afternoon. Very warm and hot.
