SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic, while a shallow trough with frontal disturbance will be shifting north of the Adriatic eastwards.

NW, along the coast during the night NE winds, 5-15, in the North Adriatic around the middle of the night up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visiblity 20 km. Clearing, but in the South Adriatic still variably cloudy with a very little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Mostly clear, but in the South Adriatic variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. NE winds srengthening to moderate and fresh, in the Velebit Channel up to strong. Sea smooth or slight, possibly up to moderate.
