IN THE EXTREME SOUTH OF THE ADRIATIC MOST OF THE DAY AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH ADRIATIC AT FIRST A RISK OF GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-40 KNOTS.

SYNOPSIS

A ridge of high pressure is extending toward the Adriatic from the northeast.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

In the morning NE winds 6-16, in a part of the Central and South Adriatic still up to 20 knots at first, mainly along the coast. In the afternoon SW, then NW winds 6-16 knots. In the extreme south of the Adriatic NE winds 12-22 knots. Sea 2-3, in the extreme south of the Adriatic during the day possibly 3-4, west and north of Istria 1-2. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear with some cloud along the coast of the southern part of the Adriatic in the afternoon.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Mostly clear. Light to moderate NW and W, during the night light, only in places up to moderate NE winds. In the extreme south of the Adriatic up to fresh NE winds, easing a little during the night. Sea smooth, in the open of the southern part of the Adriatic still up to slight today.
