A field of a little raised air pressure lies over the Adriatic, while some moist and unstable air is circulating in high levels.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

In the North Adriatic calm or SE and SW winds 4-8, locally in the open sea up to 14 knots. Elsewhere NW winds 10-20, easing to 4-12, in the South Adriatic up to 16 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with a very little risk of isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly along the coast of the North Adriatic.
