A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the northwest.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 6-16, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to 20, gradually easing during the night, and turning along the coast to NE 4-12, in places up to 16 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South Adriatid 3-4, gradually calming during the night. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear with moderate increase of daily cloudiness in places along the coast.

Light to moderate NW, along the coast during the night and tomorrow morning light, only in places up to moderate, NE winds. Sea smooth or slight. Mostly clear.
