A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic.

NE winds 12-24, in the North Adriatic up to 28, and in the Velebit Channel up to 40, easing to 5-15, in places to 20, in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic 30 knots. Sea 3-4, locally in the North Adriatic still up to 5 at first. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear, but in the open of the South and Central Adriatic still variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder.
