NE and N winds 12-24, in places up to 28, in the open of the South and Central Adriatic N wind up to 34 knots. West of Istria NE and NW winds 4-12, during the night NE strengthening to 12-22, in the Velebit Channel up to 32 knots. Sea 2-3, toward the open 3-4, in the South and Central Adriatic possibly up to 5. Visibility above 20 km. Fine or fair and very cold, in the open sea with some more cloud and with a chance of light scattered rain or snow.
