NE and N winds 12-24, in places up to 28, and in the Velebit Channel during the night up to 32 knots. West of Istria NE and NW winds 4-12 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open 3-4, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic possibly up to 5. Visibility above 20 km. Fine or fair and very cold with a chance of light scattered rain or snow only in the open sea.
