SYNOPSIS

A field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a weakened front is shifting north of Croatia further eastwards.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW winds 6-12, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to 16 knots. Sea 1-2, toward the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to 3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 5 km due to mist. Variably cloudy with sunny spells. No significant change in air temperatures.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Clearing. Along the coast light to moderate NE, toward the open sea light, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to moderate NW winds and sea slight, elsewhere smooth. Mist in places and a risk of fog toward the open sea of the North Adriatic.
