A ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic, while a trough with warm front is slowly approaching from the western Mediterranean.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

SE winds gradually strengthening to 6-12, toward the open sea of the Central and of a part of the South Adriatic in the afternoon up to 16 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 15-25 km. Variably cloudy with light scattered rain or drizzle. No significant change in air temperatures.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Variably cloudy with light scattered rain in the North Adriatic. Light to moderate SE winds. Sea smooth, toward the open up to slight.
