WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Along the coast NE, toward the open sea NW winds, 8-16, in the Velebit Channel up to 20 knots, easing and turning in the second part of the day to SE. Sea 2-3. Visibility 15-25 km. Mostly clear, but toward the open sea of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic still variably cloudy with light scattered rain or drizzle this morning, but clearing is expected later on. Air temperatures a little warmer.

A new cloud increase, bringing rain later on. Light to moderate SE, in the North Adriatic SW winds. Sea smooth or slight.
