A field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic, but expected to weaken slowly tomorrow.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NW, along the coast SW winds, 4-10, in the South Adriatic up to 14 knots. During the night mainly calm or NE winds 4-10, only in the open of the South Adriatic still NW 4-14 knots. Sea 1-2, in the open of the South Adriatic possibly 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in the extreme north of the Adriatic possibly less than 1 km due to fog. Mostly clear, but in the North Adriatic during the night fine or fair.

Calm or light NE, in the open sea NW winds, in the southern part of the Adriatic possibly up to moderate. Sea calm or smooth, in the open of the southern part of the Adriatic during the night possibly up to slight. Mostly clear with some clouds in the North Adriatic and with a chance of fog patches in the extreme north.
