A field of raised air pressure lies over the Adriatic.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

W and NW winds 4-12, turning again in the evening to NE, only in places up to 16, in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to 20 knots. Sea 1-2, locally in the open of the South Adriatic 2-3. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear with some clouds in places. No significant change in air temperatures.

Light to moderate NE winds, only in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to fresh. Sea calm or smooth. Mostly clear.
