IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL AND IN THE EXTREME SOUTH OF THE ADRIATIC THIS MORNING AND IN THE EVENING A LITTLE CHANCE OF GUSTS OF NE WINDS 30-40 KNOTS.
SYNOPSIS
A broad field of high pressure keeps a settled weather over the Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
This morning NE, in the afternoon NW, along the coast SW winds as well, 4-10, only in places up to 14 knots. In the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic this morning NE winds 6-16, in places up to 20 knots. Sea 1-2, in the open of the South Adriatic and in the Velebit Channel possibly 2-3, mainly this morning. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Light, only in places up to moderate NW, then NE winds, in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic possibly up to fresh. Sea smooth, in the extreme south of the Adriatic and in the Velebit Channel possibly up to slight. Mostly clear.
