SYNOPSIS
A trough with cold front is approaching the Adriatic from the west.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE, along the coast in the afternoon SW winds, 4-12, in the North Adriatic up to 16 knots. Sea 1-2, gradually increasing in the North Adriatic to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places 4-10 km due to mist. In the North Adriatic cloud increase, bringing rain, showers and thunder later on, mainly in the extreme north, from the middle of the night in the rest of the region as well. Elsewhere fine or fair, along the coast of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic around midday and in the afternoon a very little chance of isolated thundery rain showers.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Light, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate, SE winds. Sea smooth, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to slight. Fine or fair with mist in places, in the North Adriatic variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder.
