A ridge of high pressure lies over the Adriatic.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NW winds 8-18, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to 22 knots. Along the coast during the night NE winds 6-16, in the extreme south up to 24 knots. Sea 2-3, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to 4. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Mostly clear. Light to moderate, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to strong NE, and locally in the open light to moderate NW winds. Winds will gradually ease and die away. Sea smooth or slight, in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to moderate, calming later on to smooth.
