IN THE EXTREME NORTH OF THE ADRIATIC A CHANCE OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS, PARTICULARLY DURING THE NIGHT, AND A VERY LITTLE CHANCE IN PLACES ALONG THE COAST IN THE AFTERNOON.

SYNOPSIS

A field of a little raised air pressure over the Adriatic is slowly weakening. A cold front is expected to shift tomorrow across the inland further eastwards and a ridge of high pressure to intensify from the west.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

Calm or NW and SW, in the North Adriatic SE winds, 4-12 knots. Sea 1-2, increasing in the second part of the night to 2-3. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear and hot. In the extreme north of the Adriatic, in the afternoon in places along the coast, variably cloudy with a chance of isolated thundery rain showers.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS

Light winds and sea calm or smooth. In the second part of the night, firstly in the extreme north of the Adriatic, wind turning to moderate NE and sea increasing to slight. Mostly clear. In the North Adriatic variably cloudy with scattered rain and isolated thundery rain showers.
