IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL AND IN THE EXTREME SOUTH OF THE ADRIATIC THIS MORNING STILL GUSTS OF NE WINDS AROUND 35 KNOTS. IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC A RISK OF LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

SYNOPSIS

A field of a little raised air pressure will weaken slowly.

WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS

NE winds 6-16, in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic up to 20, easing and turning toward midday to W and NW 4-14 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility above 20 km. Mostly clear with some clouds only in places, more in the North Adriatic, where a shower with thunder is possible.

Light to moderate W and NW winds, gradually dying away during the night. Sea calming to calm or smooth. In the North Adriatic variably cloudy with a risk of rain or rain showers with thunder, but mostly clear elsewhere.
